Refunds: Handled internally by WefRefund following our Refund Policy.
Chargebacks: Initiated through a user’s bank or card provider.
Users agree not to file a chargeback when:
A refund request is already under review
WefRefund has already issued a refund
The user fails to provide evidence to support their claim
Improper chargebacks may result in:
Account suspension
Reversal of payment protection benefits
Denial of future refund requests
A chargeback may be permitted when:
A seller was proven fraudulent
Payment was unauthorized
WefRefund instructs the user to file one (rare cases)
In the event of a chargeback:
WefRefund will submit relevant documentation to the bank
The user must cooperate fully
Failure to cooperate can result in case dismissal
Banks may impose chargeback fees.
WefRefund is not responsible for:
Bank penalties
