• 1. Introduction

This Chargeback Policy outlines how chargebacks are handled when using WefRefund Bank payment protection services.

    2. Chargebacks vs. Refunds

    • Refunds: Handled internally by WefRefund following our Refund Policy.

    • Chargebacks: Initiated through a user’s bank or card provider.

    3. Chargeback Restrictions

Users agree not to file a chargeback when:

    • A refund request is already under review

    • WefRefund has already issued a refund

    • The user fails to provide evidence to support their claim

    Improper chargebacks may result in:

    • Account suspension

    • Reversal of payment protection benefits

    • Denial of future refund requests

    4. Valid Chargeback Situations

A chargeback may be permitted when:

    • A seller was proven fraudulent

    • Payment was unauthorized

    • WefRefund instructs the user to file one (rare cases)

    5. Chargeback Investigation

In the event of a chargeback:

    • WefRefund will submit relevant documentation to the bank

    • The user must cooperate fully

    • Failure to cooperate can result in case dismissal

    6. Fees & Penalties

    Banks may impose chargeback fees.
    WefRefund is not responsible for:

    • Bank penalties

    • User-side chargeback costs
